Funchal afternoon

Our first afternoon on Madeira, after leaving Edinburgh early on a cold wet morning. So good to see and feel the sunshine. We stopped to rest in the Jardim do Almirante Reis, a small park. There were a few groups playing (I guess) cards - this one was attracting the most interest.

I see TripAdvisor lists the garden as #150 of 155 things to do in Funchal! I'm proud we hit almost the end of the list so quickly.

We had a week in Madeira a year ago, and we don't often revisit places. So we're looking forward to the experience of knowing our way around (a bit) and repeating some of the things we enjoyed last time. (Backblipped.)
