In the Gym

A bright but cold day

It had been a week since our last visit to the Gym, so it was time to go again. The Council are always adding new equipment and this ‘Hub’ has a wide array of challenging bits of kit. This is my wife stretching back while you can see an unintentional selfie. I did try out a few pieces - plenty more to try in future visits.
