Lonely

Got to work to find the goose is still keeping himself company with his reflection after losing his mate about 10 days ago.

Things didn't get any better for him later in the day when one of the gamekeepers dogs got out and grabbed him. He was quickly released, the dog locked back in its run and he appeared unharmed but took to sitting on the far side of the lake.

I spent the day removing ivy, old man's beard and bramble from part of the garden. This garden is a huge job to restore but I'll get it back into order.

Lovely to have a cuppa with RF before my guitar lesson.
