The Original Fullerton Hotel

The original Fullerton was originally Singapore's central post office, built under British rule.  It was converted into a very popular hotel.  More recently the Fullerton Bay Hotel was added, directly on the waterfront.  Its design is considerably more modern and it is taller, although still dwarfed by some of the nearby skyscrapers.
