Don't Chirp with Your Mouth Full!

Dear Diary,

I've taken so few photos of birds this winter as there are much fewer than normal visitors I'm afraid to say.  Of course, the squirrels are no-shows as well.  A very quiet time but this little Finch was enjoying seed after seed and I caught her with a big one in her beak.  I thought the light on her tummy was rather nice.  I'll be out filling the feeder so those who do come can fill up.  More snow is coming late tonight and tomorrow.
