#2S reached the grand old age of 28 today. No chance to see him as he's teaching in Abu Dhabi, but seems to be having a great day (it's half term). Instead I offer a freshly-tinkered social media headshot of him.

In other, sadder news I heard today of the death of Joseph Shabalala, founder of the iconic zulu vocal group Ladysmith Black Mambazo.
