Tough day

Tough day at work today, tough session in motivation in the gym, but when you come home to this it all just dissipates.

Never used to have a dog until I got married, now I don't think I can live without one, they really are worth their weight in gold (dog food) no judgement, no grudges held, just happiness, playfulness and a little bit of snoring.....
