A law unto themselves
In an area that costs about £2.00 an hour to park... i saw this guy parked on a yellow line.. FAST ASLEEP.
Then he blocked the road the road for 15 minutes whilst he lifted a parked car.? ( which wasn't blocking the road )
Strikes me as a little unfair.
