Fish ladder

In the eighties, they started to renaturiere the river Gersprenz. The fish ladder in Ueberau is part of it. Today, caused from storm Chiara/ Sabine was a lot of water flowing over the rocks. I wonder how the fish are able to swim or jump upstream. They will probably wait until the water flows more smoothly again :-)

On my way back we got an downpour with hail. Blimey, that was so cold. I needed ages to unfreeze again and felt poorly for the rest of the day...
I'm a lucky one to get drenched on every dog walk this week :-/
