Bookshelf Statement

Although it was sunny, it was bitingly cold and inspiration for an exterior Blipfoto was frozen. I took several candidates but rejected them for the simple reason that they did not pass muster.

So I took a bookshelf photo which answers a question and also shows my like for one of Scotland’s most revered authors.

And if you look carefully behind the row of books is another row. 

And yes, I do like The Beatles. Always have.

I remember my mother saying just after the appeared in 1961. "In two months time who will ever remember them? 

Well, she did for one. She did laugh about her question.
