Tete a Tete
I've Just had a lot of fun going around the garden looking for something suitable for Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday Challenge - ICM. Thank goodness for the occasional challenge when inspiration is a bit lacking. This was an innocuous clump of tete a tete, subjected to some technical camera waving followed by a bit of fartnarkling. The little cat, which has just appeared and is making herself at home, rather interesting came out like the Irish flag! Actually she could be a he who has been sorted - we're not quite sure. Are all ginger cats male?
A very good book club last night - we battled our way to Ballydehob through torrential rain and hail and were grateful for the large blazing fire, home made muffins and organic wine. Seven people had been brave enough to write a short travel account and they were brilliant! We visited Alaska, Namibia, Brindisi, Thailand, Colorado, Crete and Nepal! What an interesting lot we are. Even more riveting than the book Elsewhere!
A bit of sunshine today and we're making the most of it before storm Denis arrives on Saturday which looks truly grim. We went across the mountain to get haircuts and the trauma of a new hairdresser. A was fantastic - got straight down to business, sussed out the hair, almost read my mind and the result is not too bad at all! Phew, we can all rest easy now.
