Crumb shot

I managed to find time to make a seeded loaf on an otherwise hectic day - hectic in a good way, lots of conversations with colleagues, but still hectic. Tomorrow is a hard deadline for a piece of work so I've tried to clear the decks for a full run at it. Assuming I get it done I'll get out and take some photos over the weekend.
