Survivor!

I have 6 Hellebores in pots by my front door. Five of them have survived despite my failure to tend them and two are actually blooming (see extras). In that hot weather last year they appeared dead as I neglected to water them even on the infrequent occasions I got the hose out in the back garden. I was surprised to see these three blooms this week and a few more buds too. Nature's capacity to survive is awesome!
