Fickle Denver Weather!

I walked through Civic Park again this morning on my way get a late breakfast at one of my favourite breakfast places. It was a beautiful morning with a lot of blue sky - not as clear as yesterday afternoon, but only a few wispy clouds around. This is a close up of the City and County building - which faces the Capitol Building in my blip from yesterday.

I had a delicious and leisurely breakfast. When I came outside again 90 minutes later the weather had totally changed! Now it was grey and windy. See Extra photo. I still took a slow walk back to my hotel. By the time I reached the hotel it was lightly snowing! By the time we got to the airport a couple of hours later the snowfall was heavier and our plane even had to be de-iced before leaving. Just a typical Denver winter’s day!
