My bb bold 9780.
No problems with this phone until last week
O2 uk are being very unhelpful which is a shame as I always found their customer service second to none.
I'm due to upgrade 25th march but can do so from 25th feb.
Seeing as my phone is broken I asked to upgrade earlier and they were quite rude.
I'm hoping this is only a minor blip with O2 customer service as they have the best iPhone 5 deal out there.
