Bouzigues again
We wandered in the sun along the shore line, where the boats are moored, this one like several of them had been hoisted in the air above one of the jetties, asked the oyster producers a few questions, we walked by the port where the traditional voile latine fishing boats are moored (blipped here), took a lot of photos and went to Chez Tchepe for lunch. It's a café by the water where the shell fish are in crates at the counter. You give your order and they're opened for you and brought to your table. C and H hadn't been before and enjoyed it as much as we always do. We had cooked escargots de mer and prawns with mayonnaise, razor clams with a delicious sweet onion and green pepper salsa, and oysters, with a bottle of Picpoul, the white wine that is produced only in a small area here and that goes perfectly with shell fish.
