Intuition tells me
spotting a feather
is an affirmation for
whatever I am thinking
of at the moment
I come across it.

I like to think of them as reminders
from my guardian angels and guides.
As if they got too close to me in order
to whisper something into my mind
and left one of their feathers behind.

Ironically enough, I do not believe
angels actually have feathered wings.
However, they appear to us in the way
we are able to recognize them.
