Orchids

Who knew orchids were such hardy plants !? They're surviving a very haphazardly regime of watering in the other house, as son no 2 is not really thinking  about them during the week. And yet they flower at least twice a year ! I spent the afternoon over there waiting with M. for the arrival of the
glass-fibre cable men who needed to connect the street cables to the house, and had these and another orchid plant as my only flower subjects today.
