Well...

I decided to make my first ever fondant potatoes tonight.  Nothing quite like a hearty meal on a friday night... 
There was a major falling out at the foodbank today... the volunteer manager is driving everyone berserk but it was me she took it out on today.  I am glad it is not a paid job and that if this becomes too difficult l can walk away...however... only time will tell.  Judging by the fact my jaw is clenched tight tonight nearly 12 hours later perhaps it would be better to walk away now.
