Lollipop Trees
It seemed that Harris wouldn't get a walk today as we had a significant fall of snow overnight last night.
He really is finding it hard to get around in the snow, even in our garden. David has cleared enough space for him to wonder around, but even so, he bumps into the deep stuff and slips on the patio. It's quite hard for me to watch him struggling like this, without feeling sad. But I do remind myself just how well he is doing and how each new day is such a pleasure to have him with us still.
It seems so unusual not to walk Harris. After 15 plus years of walking him twice a day, not to take him out feels so peculiar. So after lunch, the three of us got togged up to face the snowy weather and went to Eaton Park.
I was hoping that by this time, enough people would have been out to the park with their dogs and compressed the snow on the main paths. Not the case unfortunately. But our Little Man coped quite well and enjoyed his walk around the garden.
It was very pretty there. I hope you like this photo of the lollipop trees.
