Love

I’d like to say that I loved running here, but I haven’t; it’s too hot. That said I had a fab time with my run coach here, who’s taught me ‘effortless running’. I haven’t quite made it effortless yet, in fact, it’s bloody hard, but I loved learning new stuff.
