Venice Remembered

Well, Murano, actually.  But it was only across the water from Venice, and it was probably possible to wade the crossing when we were there, in 2018.

But it's a miserable day, so this is an antidote to Storm Dennis – remembering our visit to Venice on the anniversary of meeting my wife 40 years before; she was a WRAF officer at RAF Lossiemouth while I was a new Jaguar pilot undergoing the conversion training.
