Wedding Day surprise

Up early today 6.30am for the sunrise photograph at St,. Mark's Square. Imagine my shock when I arrived and was met by at least 20 people all dressed in Carnival costumes.

Plus around 30 photographers trying to capture their very own blip of the day.

I must say this time, I did set the shot up and was quickly followed by a group of folk trying to capture the same photograph.

The two people in costume spoke no English, but hey! ho! I got the photograph I wanted. Have taken lots of photographs at the Rialto Market and Carnival, but this one taken at the crack of dawn, remains my favourite of the day.
