Pretty grim night
Woke up around 11:30 and realised that daddy had probably fallen asleep downstairs
Woke him up
Back to bed - struggled to sleep

Wom awake 1:00
Unsettled

Wom awake 4:45
Wide awake

Wom refused to settle
Went down with him at 6:00

A very long morning
Munchie and I went back to bed around 10 and dozed

Headed to aberaeron for lunch - which was lovely if windy

Home
Chilled
Rugged the tinkers up and went for a walk
It’s very windy and rainy
