Comfort Food.

After a quick trip to the fish man and to collect the Yorkshire Post, I haven’t stepped outside since.

The storm doesn’t seem too bad yet. Quite windy with some rain, but nothing outstanding. However I’m glad the army are now in the Calder Valley just in case they are needed.

Certainly a day for comfort food.
Took a quick photo of the treacle sponge pudding which followed the fish curry.
Both delicious, and definitely warmed us up.

A good result for Leeds United this afternoon.
Hope our son enjoyed the game.
A huge crowd despite the weather warning.
They have such loyal supporters.

Fingers crossed for the weather overnight.
