Storm Dennis

West Sussex is in the grips of the second storm within a week, once again we are being subjected to pouring rain and very strong winds! 
I have been at home all day painting and sorting things out ready to start wallpapering, maybe tomorrow.
I took this shot from my front porch showing just how much our Silver birch tree was blowing about in the violent wind. I took the shot in mono to emphasise how dark and brooding it actually was...despite it being mid afternoon!

Grateful today for - 
No reason to have to go out in the rain
