Society of Antiquaries

I was up in Town at Burlington House today, home of the Society of Antiquaries, founded in 1707. I was giving a paper at the Landscapes of the Dead conference and had a great day listening to all sorts of exciting research about prehistoric mortuary practice among people who find it as fascinating as I do.
