Celebrations

We celebrated my brother's birthday today. His birthday was actually on Thursday, but we got together as a family today to celebrate. I headed over to Glasgow in the morning, arriving at my mum's in time for lunch, and then the rest of the family come over in the afternoon.

My sister-in-law had made this wonderful cake, which tasted as good as it looks. So we ate cake in the afternoon, played a card game my brother had been given for his birthday and then had a lovely dinner together. It was so nice to spend time with family.
