Good food makes good food

This is the slogan of our A&W fast food burger place. Or as they would say out here in the cowboy part of Canada, salad is what our food eats!

Well, whatever. We needed a quick meal for supper and this place is a safe place for Lauralea to eat with gluten, soy and dairy sensitivities on board.

Today we slept in a bit. She hasn’t been sleeping well lately, so we dawdled this morning. We ate a good brunch and watched an old episode of “Are You Being Served.”

Then we headed into town. Her to a baby shower and I to a coffee shop to do some work while I waited.

Afterwards we picked up a few things grocery wise and by then it was time for supper.

Which was where this Blip began, at an A&W.
