Welcome Visitors

A weekend for bird pictures. These guys were flying around as I walked down the street from the supermarket with a loaf for lunch. I thought, 'they aren't starlings', as they flew over and fortunately I had my camera in the bag. They were waiting to get on the berry-laden tree in one of the gardens but kept being spooked by people walking past. Looked like 130-140 of them in all. Managed to grab this quick shot before they flew off again, back to the tree top where they were gathered. They are waxwings if you don't recognise them
