A swollen river

Went to get a 24 hour blood pressure monitor fitted at the surgery today and had to cross the bridge over the River Pinn. Usually it just looks like a slow moving stream but today it was more like a river. Very surprised to see that the surgery was opened on a Sunday and how busy it was
