plenty of this!

Storm Dennis brought high winds and lots and lots of rain. The garden is absolutely saturated and we can see streams of water running down the hill. Mr I nearly lost a welly when he went to test the soil. I don’t know when we’re going to be able to get on the garden. All the water butts are brimming over. On the plus side though the snowdrops are dancing in the wind and the bright yellow forsythia flowers are brightening everything up. Daffodils are starting to come up along with hundreds of self-set forget-me-nots.
And now I’m going to make a cake :-)
