I Want You, I Need You...

Twice today, he has given in to my desire to stand by the sea.

Both times the wind has been howling, and he had to hold me up.

I can't resist the sea, I can.  I have to be near it,   I have to smell it.  I have to feel it.  When it's wild and crazy - it has a pull.

And now - i'm in the house, trying to get the feeling back in my fingers.   It was absolutely freezing.

When we drove into the town - we could see the waves breaking over the prom wall - which was 560 metres away - and the waves were crashing about 10 metres high.

We went to the south end of the Beach, beside the Royal Troon - the wind was blowing more South West  - so although it was wild, the water was calmer than it was 500 metres along the beach at the coffee shack......

at the Harbour - the side behind the harbour wall, where there was once a good stretch of grass to wander down, and onto the beach - it was reduced to probably half it's size last weekend, and now - at the highest tide - it's getting saturated and I doubt there will be grass there next weekend.

It's wild and its crazy - but hey - at 1740 - it was still light and there was a red sky - see my extra
