Feeling blue

Struggling a bit - I've trapped a nerve in my back somewhere and have a very stiff and painful neck. As a result I've not done much today.  Not that with the weather there's been that much to do outside at least.  I'm sure that I'll be feeling better in a day or so, but its very much an emergency blip from me today.
