The barometer's low pressure reading dropped by a smidgen overnight, and today has been more wet and windy. Nothing like as bad as the forecast, and we've been very fortunate compared with the many poor souls in the flood hit areas elsewhere in the UK.

After checking the forecast for the forthcoming week, it looks like there may be yet another storm arriving on Friday.
