Sunrise documentation

I have been taking photos of the sunrise most morning through the dining room window.  These are the photos from the last four days.   I love how the view is never the same.    When these trees get leaves on them I won't be able to see this early morning sun (or clouds like we had today!)

I thought about the fact that in spite of the dull gray overcast sky this morning at 7am, the sun still lights up my world.      Every morning we know it will be shining whether we actually see it rising or if it is behind cloud cover.    Pretty amazing!  

Unless you live in the far North of Alaska...then the sun operates on a different schedule.   Which is pretty amazing too!
