Waiting for change

What's with all the roadworks??
There's already 9 sets of traffic lights between my house and the gym... and an extra 3 more temporary sets, 12 in total. It takes an age to get anywhere these days.

As if I need another excuse to skip the gym class and stay home eating chocolate...
