Viennese 'Fiaker' Horse Carriages
(According to my googling) there have been horse-drawn carriages known as Fiaker in Vienna since the 1700s, available for hire for short trips a little like London's original hansom cabs. These days there are only about 100 left and they exist mostly for tourist excursions and the occasional wedding or funeral.
They congregate round by St Stephen's Cathedral (see yesterday). I sometimes spot one at the traffic lights outside the office where I work, and it still makes me do a double-take.
