Mono Monday: Looking Up

For the Mono Monday theme I'm Looking Up.  Looking up one of the lines of graves at the Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial.  Looking up at the men and women of all nations who gave their lives during World War 2.  Looking up at the 3,812 of those men and women who are buried here.  Looking up at the 5,127 who also gave their lives but who could not be buried, so are named on the Memorial Wall.  Looking up at some of the well known names on the Memorial Wall; Joe Kennedy, the older brother of the later President of the USA who was killed when his plane exploded in mid-air, and Glenn Miller, the famous band leader who took off from Twinwoods near Bedford to fly to France and was never seen again.  I look up to them all.
