Dennis

We seem to have escaped the worst of Storm Dennis. It was windy, but less so than Ciara.
A day of bulk pasta sauce making, my way reduces it slowly over a couple of hours, then using some of it to go with three batches Of spinach & ricotta Conchigle for the freezer.
Other than that I made a batch of dark rye bread (extra photo), walked the dogs, then we had a couple in the local.
Busy but rather lovely way to spend a Sunday.
