Pebble Dashed

As with most storms, the beach has extended onto the promenade once again almost burying the benches, not very comfy for sitting on, but they make a good photo!

I sent Alan this photo and he said I should go and sit on it and take another one. As I was already battling against the wind to get back to the car I didn’t want to walk back, but spotted another bench. It wasn’t buried quite as much but made for a fun selfie which I’ve added to my extras. I had my little tripod so set the camera up on that and connected the WiFi to my phone and used it remotely to take the photos.

The walk back was hard as I was walking into a strong head wind and it was bitter cold! Luckily I made it back to the car just before the rain came down again.

The council had already started clearing the pebbles back into the beach, but I believe Storm Ellen is the next to arrive so they’re going to have their work cut out!
