We Were Lucky!

After the weekend of Storm Dennis we were apprehensive about taking our Course students out today and tomorrow. We hit it lucky today with a dry morning with a little bit of sunshine.

We had an enjoyable session down on the shore of Ullswater. The road was passable but had obviously been flooded. The lake was lapping the wall along the edge of the road. Our little beach was underwater but the grassy area here was still clear for us to get off the road and take photographs.
