How Green is my Valley

After my visit out to Hargraves Lookout with Marchmont yesterday I decided to walk out there today with my friend Sue.  Can you believe how this valley has responded to the drenching rain that we've had over the past couple of weeks.  I don't think I have ever seen the valley this green in all the years I've lived on Shipley Plateau.

It was sad to say goodbye to Marchmont early this morning.  We had such a great time together and then she was gone.  Off for another adventure that's for sure.  It was such nice experience and another reason why I would encourage any blipper to reach out when they're travelling.
