Aidans christening

today we were honoured to become god parents to our friends little boy aidan.
he is such a lovely little boy, very strong willed but adorable.

the service started at 10am so the challenge was on to get all 4 of us ready and church appropriate and out the house by 930, and we did it, well got out the house in time any way :)

it was a lovely service, he has 4 more god parents as well as me and mark so it was a very full 'stage'
after the service we headed to emmas (aidan's mum) mums pub where she was holding a little party. everyone was starving and it was only 1130 so the buffet opened straight away (score)
the kids all had a great time, lots of dancing, running around, playing with the ballons and just having fun.
vicky from magical movers was also there as a guest but she never seems to get out of her role. she's amazing with kids and after wine even better :) at one point there were kids two at a time taking it in turns to be pulled round by there ankles :)
there was a very upsetting game of musical statues as all the kids there were under 5 and telling them one by one 'you moved, your out' wasn't very nice so after 3 bouts of tears the DJ decided to call it a day :)

BIG BIG NEWS: caleb is now crawling!!!!!
we took him up stairs at bath time, put him down on erins bed room floor and he just crawled across the room like it was the most natural thing in the world!
