MonoMonday - Looking Up

I went to my Orthopaedic surgeon today to follow up my back and shoulder pain. An X-Ray in Australia showed calcific tendonitis in the shoulder that I injured so the doctor injected it with cortisone. He also injected a damaged joint in the spine to try to reduce the nerve pain I have on standing or walking.
I met with my english friend this afternoon and we did some shopping in the Czech Rebublic then ate at the Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered take away for Hubby who was pretty hungry when i got home after chatting for ages. An emergency Blip shows me looking up the stairs at home. Thanks to 60plus for hosting this month.
