Snowlight

The light today had a remarkable quality to it.
Pretty much blizzard conditions outside so I spent the day in my bedroom taking shots through the open window.
The light was reflected off the snow so it looks as though I have used a flash to underlight the birds. Not true!
I have not done much to these images except crop them and a bit of sharpening. The strange painterly/ cartoon effect is purely from the heavy snow, high iso and the reflected light. Great fun; I've got masses of images. Here are just a few.
