Resourceful Pigeon

Despite plenty of netting, spike strips and metal coils, a pair of pigeons are building a nest in the car park at Tesco in Chester. They need to stop drawing attention to themselves with their gentle cooing as people walk past. They'll be evicted if the security staff hear them.
