New life

Late fall we cleared the weeds and plant debris from around the pond. In doing so , several “pieces” of iris plants were pulled out. Not knowing if they were dead or alive, I planted them in a pot on the patio to see what would happen. No great loss if they were indeed dead. As you can see, at least one is alive!
