My view for much of the day.

Paul arrived in the morning with his van. I’d spent an hour carrying all of my possessions down two flights of stairs by this point, so I was already exhausted!

We met Matt and Gary and the other van at the new house, unpacked everything into a room-sized pile on the floor, then went to the Park Bakery to get lunch.

The boys were happy building furniture and using tools so I got as much unpacked as I could. In the evening we had pizza and wine and a movie on our makeshift mattress-sofa.
