Kindness

My regular pampering day today so hair coiffed and nails all neat and tidy...no polish though, I have a nice hand/foot massage instead!

Driving along the high street on auto pilot I was about to cross the roundabout when the car coming from the left drove across in front of me...the lady smiled and waved to thank me for kindly letting her out! I smiled and waved back...her need was obviously greater than mine! 

My blip today is of a little piece of rose quartz, known for its healing qualities...this was given to me by my friend the day before my brain tumour op ten years ago to aid my recovery. It most definitely did it’s job and is one of my most treasured gifts.
